Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, one of the eight companies that won a spot on the Air Force’s Professional Acquisition Support Services contract earlier this year, has won a $78.1 million task order under the contracting vehicle.

The task order came through the Air Force’s Electronic Systems Center’s 850th Electronic Systems Group, which is responsible for acquiring and maintaining the military’s global sensing and communications equipment.

The group’s work pertains to missile warning sensors, global command and control systems, space control sensors and battle management systems.

Odyssey’s work will take place at several Air Force bases worldwide. The PASS contract overall is valued at about $800 million, and is for acquisition support services.

Odyssey of Wakefield, Mass., has won other defense contracts recently. In March, the company was one of four that earned a spot on Tinker Air Force Base’s $350 million Tinker Advisory & Assistance Services Contract.

Odyssey was the sole recipient in April of the $9.6 million Spectrum Management Technical Support contract from the Navy and Marine Corps Spectrum Center.
