Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. (Odyssey), a leading provider of management, analytical, and technical support services, is a subcontractor on the team led by small business prime contractor Credence Management Solutions that has been awarded a contract to support four functional directorates (Engineering, Propulsion, Logistics, and Program Development and Integration) of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), as well as the Air Force Materiel Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering and Force Protection, Systems Integration Division. Odyssey, as part of the Credence team, will support efforts to execute integrated program management of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities.

The scope of this TO supports USAF and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to include cross- cutting and surge support activities. This A&AS contract provides organizations with a broad range of professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, financial and administrative capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities. The support to be provided includes a variety of products and analysis services in support of USAF/FMS activities. The general performance requirements to be provided under the TO are listed in Section 3 of the PWS. All services provided under the TO shall comply with applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and other requirements, whether the services are acquired by or on behalf of DoD, as required by Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02 and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-101 Acquisition and Sustainment Life Cycle Management/20-101Aircraft and Sustainment Life Cycle Management.
