Program Management
Odyssey program management support expertise is derived from years of experience in applying the principles, criteria, and procedures of DoD Directive 5000.1, DoDI 5000.2, National Security Space Acquisition Policy (NSSAP), and other DoD and agency instructions, directives, regulations, and guidance documents.

Acquisition Management
Odyssey provides diverse and in-depth acquisition support services to successfully marshal the acquisition milestone process, strategize acquisition alternatives, facilitate certifications, and prepare crucial RFP documents while working with each customer to standardize best practices.

Systems Engineering
Odyssey provides the full spectrum of the systems engineering approach to enable the realization of successful systems. We focus on defining customer needs and required functionality early in the development cycle, documenting requirements, then proceeding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete problem: Operations, Performance, Test, Manufacturing, Cost & Schedule, Training & Support, and Disposal. Odyssey uses its systems engineering expertise to integrate all the engineering disciplines and specialty groups into a team effort forming a structured development process that proceeds from concept to production to operation. We consider both the business and the technical needs of all stakeholders with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the user needs.

Medical Research
Odyssey provides non-personal services staffing and support for military-relevant medical research (including acquisition and logistics services) within the DoD medical domain. We adopt a collaborative partnering approach to meet the diverse needs of our customers and have established strategic relationships with specialized partners, clinical research organizations (CROs), and research foundations across the medical R&D community to engage where needed. We maintain an active Federalwide Assurance (FWA) certification and can support and execute all stages of your medical research for drugs, devices and biologics, including procurement, fielding, and sustainment.

Spectrum Management
Odyssey can deliver expert spectrum electrical engineering and spectrum management support. Odyssey’s hands-on experience working with federal agencies, industry, and national and international working groups is integral to protecting the RF spectrum needed to support maritime and airborne communications, navigation, and surveillance systems.

Training
Odyssey can help you maintain interactive, multimedia courseware and can help develop new modules / course content. In addition, we can provide an automated means of delivery, enrollment, and administration, and we can assist you by hosting training software on our servers, maintaining lessons, and/or maintaining a help desk.
