Hiring Process

After you apply online, one of our recruiters will reach out if you are a good fit. After that, depending on the role, there will be a series of phone and in-person interviews to determine the right person for the job. At any time during the process, please reach out to your recruiter with any questions you may have. We want you to be as prepared as possible!

If you decide to join our team, the process is always informative and is tailored to your role—you will be in good hands from offer letter to security clearance and everything in between to make sure you have a great Odyssey onboarding experience.

2019 Benefits at a Glance

Team members working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for all of Odyssey’s benefits, including our 401k plan, holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Odyssey offers a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan. Odyssey also has a Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA) that will reimburse a portion of the deductible.

Vision

MetLife is Odyssey’s Vision carrier. Metlife’s PPO plan offers lower out-of-pocket costs for in-network services and the flexibility to use any provider.

Delta Dental is Odyssey’s dental carrier. They offer a large network of providers nationwide.

Odyssey offers a supplement to TRICARE health benefits for retired military. Selman & Company is our plan administrator.

Odyssey offers both health care and dependent care pre-tax savings accounts. Our provider is Sentinel Benefits.

USAble is Odyssey’s provider of companypaid Life/AD&D, STD, & LTD insurance. Team members also have the option to pay the full premium for their LTD and STD coverage, which will enable them to receive benefits on a tax-free basis.

USAble is Odyssey’s Life/AD&D and Disability carrier. USAble provides an additional layer of protection for team members and their loved ones in the event of an accidental injury, death, or disability.

Pays a lump sum cash benefit where the benefit payment can be used for any purpose (does not need to be applied directly to medical bills).

Odyssey’s PTO plan provides full-time and variable hour team members accrual time based on hours worked. Odyssey provides 10 paid holidays a year.

Team members are eligible for up to $3,500 per year tuition reimbursement for previously approved courses.

benefits - 401k iconTraditional 401k / Roth 401k

Odyssey offers both traditional 401k and Roth 401k. Odyssey matches 40% of an employee’s contribution up to 10% of eligible wages, calculated on a per pay period basis.
